Simone Biles
Simone Biles won her 20th gold medal at the World Championships as Team USA captured its seventh consecutive world championship on October 4, in Antwerp Belgium. With 33 medals she is the most decorated woman in the history of gymnastics. It also includes the Olympics. Biles completed a very difficult vault three days before, which no woman had ever attempted on a stage of competition internationally. This skill was originally known under the name of Yurchenko Double Pike vault has been changed to Biles II. On the 6th of October, the record-breaking athlete will compete in her all-around individual competition. This is her first competition in the world since the year 2021. Simone was born in 1997 in Columbus Ohio Simone was taken away from the home of her birth mother who had a history of addiction, and was placed into foster care alongside her siblings. Ron the maternal grandfather and Nellie the wife of his former nurse were the ones to take in the kids. After six years, age they adopted Simone and Adria. Their great aunt took in Simone's siblings who were older.
